Occasionally, there is a resident who finds themselves in a difficult situation. If a resident does not pay on time, we act. There are several steps to the collection process when it is needed. However, we pride ourselves on and continue to strive for 100% collection rate.

We are serious about guarding your investment. This means we do what we can to ensure the property you entrusted us with is being well-loved. Inspections are performed and reports are generated and sent to the owner. We don’t want you to just take our word for it. We want you to see the property and the work for yourself in photos and in reports.

Some owners allow pets and when they do, Resolute Property Management provides a pet addendum. This addendum ensures both parties understand the rules. We do charge a non-refundable fee to cover pet stains/odors/damage.

Our lease renewal rates are some of the highest in the area. Our goal is to keep good tenants in place. Less work and money saved means everyone is happy. Our process for renewals is simple:  Three month/two month/30-day checkpoints. The checkpoints are discussions held with the owner and the tenant as well as a market analysis to ensure the rent is at fair market value.

We follow industry standard fee structures. Our fee structure is 10 % of the monthly rent collected. A leasing commission equal to one month’s rent is paid at time of a new move in.  A lease renewal fee of 250.00 is charged at the first month of a renewed lease. The additional services RPM offers are varied and competitively priced.

Resolute Property Management offers the investor their own online portal. This allows owners to see payments made to them, request answers to any questions they may have, download documents for RPM to examine, and more. Reports are sent and uploaded periodically regarding the property. RPM will contact the owner with any concerns we believe need to be addressed in order to safeguard the property and protect the investment.

We work with many out-of-town out-of-state and even outside the USA investors.  We provide periodic inspection reports with pictures and we take note of any concerns. Our lines of communication are always open. Resolute Property Management is serious about safeguarding the investments with which we are entrusted. This means we call, email and make sure the investor/owner is always “in the know” about their properties.
