This is a scary time for all of us, tenants, landlords and property managers alike.  This time is also unprecedented so there is no playbook of how each of us is to respond to the ever changing environment.  The best we can all do is work to help one another and to be compassionate and patient with one another.  Here are some of the adjustments that Resolute has made to increase the safety of our tenants, employees and vendors:

  1. Inspections – until we receive direction that it is safe to resume, we will not complete inspections of occupied properties.  You as a tenant may be asked to take pictures of the home to complete a 6 month or renewal inspection, but you will not be asked to allow a Resolute employee into your home to complete an inspection.
  2. Repairs – during this time we are limiting repairs and maintenance to emergency repairs.  Please continue to report any and all maintenance or repair items, but understand that in order to reduce potential exposure for the tenants and the vendors, we are only completing emergency repairs.
  3. Payments – we always encourage our tenants to make their payments online.  To protect you and our employees, we will not accept in person payments.  Please contact the office at hello@resoluterentals.com if you are not sure how to make your payments online.

We understand that some of our residents may lose their job, have their hours cut back or otherwise have their income impacted by the Corona Virus outbreak.  We have attempted to collect resources that may be able to provide you with assistance.
