Tenant Placement ServiceS

We’ll find you the right tenant. Then you can take it from there.

For Ocala and Marion County investors who want to serve as rental property landlords, handling their own rent collection and overall property management, Resolute Property Management offers tenant placement services so you can start collecting rent as soon as possible — from reliable tenants you can trust.

Our tenant placement option — also called one-time leasing — doesn’t require signing a property management contract. We get paid when we find you a tenant, utilizing our streamlined, in-depth screening process to make sure you are satisfied with who will be living in your Ocala rental.

What do our tenant
placement services involve?

To make sure we’re finding you
the right fit, our tenant placement service
consists of the following steps:

Meet with homeowner

At this point we’ll do an assessment of the property with you, keeping an eye out for small things you may overlook — whether it’s a legal liability or something you might want to particularly market about the property.

Conduct a 360 review

Next, we’ll use our industry-leading tools to create a 360-degree virtual tour of your home for the listing when we post it online. This property management marketing tool snaps thousands of photos to create an experience that lets potential tenants get a good look at your property before putting a foot inside the door. It also streamlines the process, saving the in-person visits for those who are really interested in the property. Lastly, our tools automatically create a floor plan and property report to post alongside your listing, measuring the rooms and space to create an enhanced marketing experience for tenants.

Create a rental analysis

Before we post your listing online, we will create a rental analysis for you that shares our advice about the ideal rent, maximizing value for you while also minimizing the time your home is on the market. This will include everything discovered from our 360-review combined with our market expertise for you to leverage. Of course, you make the final decision on price for your rental.

Post listing online

Once we create your listing online, it automatically is sent out to all the major real estate websites — Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and more. Your Resolute Property Management dedicated leasing agent, well-versed in the local Ocala and Marion County real estate markets, will serve as your point person for showing your home.

Pre-screen tenants

Our leasing agents, all trained in following the Fair Housing Act and non-discrimination laws, do the pre-screening on your behalf: criminal history, employment history, income verification. We don’t contract services out to third-party vendors to do the work for us, since we want to make sure you know you’re in good hands. We even screen to ensure no pets are owned by the applicant, unless you allow them. We ensure tenants meet the same standards we would want for anyone living in a property we’re managing.

Final walk-through; collect rent
